I don't believe in waisting clothing at all!!! My mom struck this shirt and she gave it to me. So of course I'm excited cause FREE shirt!!!!! I cut the sleeves and collar off and fringed the bottom and this is what I got!
You start by cutting slits all around the shirt. I like to tie it at the top for a finished look.
