FASHIONISTA SPOTLIGHT: Bradlei Smith

As spring time is slowly approaching pastel colors are a must. Stepping away from the browns, blacks and nudes of the winter it is time to splash color. This Fashionista placed her pastel turquoise blazer over her pussy bow blouse top. The top half of her outfit is rather business chic. Her blouse is a nice vintage piece from the 60s. This shows this fashionista really has style. By adding her black bejeweled flats and nice fitting skinny Hollister jeans she makes her attire less business, but her outfit still screams “all eyes on me.”
Name: Bradlei Smith
Major: Multimedia Communications
Year: Sophomore
CollegeFashionista: How do you describe your style?
Bradlei Smith: Classic Vintage. I wear a lot of timeless clothing mixed with vintage.
CF: What is one piece in your wardrobe you can't live without?
BS: Black Dresses. You can never have enough!
CF: Where do you usally shop in Statesboro?
BS: I don't do much shopping here because either I don't think the prices are reasonable or there's nothing that I like. I more so go to Savannah and shop at their vintage shops which is only 45 minutes away.
How To: Blazers are always the go-to piece to add that pop that your outfit was needing. A blazer and a pair of jeans that fit you wonderfully are a must for your closet. I recommend that every Fashionista should own a black blazer, because you can dress an outfit up or dress the blazer down with just about any combination. To create this look you don’t necessarily need a pussy bow blouse, you can substitute with a ruffle blouse or just a nice neutral color oxford button-down. Any pastel colored blazer will look great, I'm personally a fan of yellow. Add your favorite denim skinny jean and a pair of flats and your casual business chic look is complete!
